Order in the matter of M/s KMJ Land Developers India Limited and its directors

Mr. S. Raman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order on December 09, 2014 in the matter of M/s KMJ Land Developer India Limited having its registered office at 10, Fortune Plaza, City Centre, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The order inter-alia directed the company and its directors viz. Mr. Santoshi Lal Rathore, Ms. Kanchan Rajawat Kushwah, Ms. NirmalaRathore, Mr. Gopal Prasad Gupta, Mr. Dilip Jain, Mr. Sunil Singh, Mrs. Mathura Bai and Mr. Sunil Singh Kushwah,

1. not to collect any fresh money from investors from its existing scheme;
2. not to launch any new scheme/plan or float any new companies to raise fresh moneys;
3. not to dispose of any of the properties or alienate the assets of the existing scheme;
4. not to divert any funds raised from public at large, kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of the company;
5. to immediately submit the full inventory of the assets owned by KMJ Developers out of the amounts collected from the "customers"/investors under its existing schemes;
6. to furnish all the information sought by SEBI, including, 
   1. scheme wise list of investors and their contact numbers and addresses,
   2. the details of amount mobilized and refunded till date,
   3. PAN of past directors of KMJ Developers.

 The company had launched Collective Investment Schemes without obtaining certificate of registration from SEBI.
