Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC)

The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) has been established for administering and strengthening ethics and compliance framework for SEBI employees. The functions of OEC include establishing and administrating conflict of interest framework, overseeing whistleblower system for reporting conflicts of interest, maintaining disclosures made by employees concerning financial assets, immovable properties, etc.
