Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC)

The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) has been established to oversee and strengthen the ethics and compliance framework for SEBI employees. The functions of OEC include administering the conflict of interest framework; overseeing the whistleblower system for reporting concerns relating to conflicts of interest; and maintaining disclosures made by Members and employees in respect of financial assets, immovable properties etc., as required under the applicable provisions.
