Registration of M/s.Neon Vinimay Pvt. Ltd., Member, NSE, suspended
The certificate of registration of M/s. Neon Vinimay Pvt. Limited, Member, National Stock Exchange, having SEBI Registration Number INB230910030 has been suspended for a period of one month. The order was passed by Shri A K Batra, Whole Time Member, on August 19, 2004 under Regulation 11 of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 2003 read with Section 11B of the SEBI Act, 1992, for price manipulation in the scrip of M/s.Subhash Projects & Marketing Ltd (SPML). The order will come into effect on expiry of three weeks from the date of the order.
