Order against M/s. Kuber Finstock Pvt. Ltd.
M/s. Kuber Finstock Pvt. Ltd. has been advised to be careful in their dealings in the securities market and not to indulge in trading in future as undertaken by them in the scrip of Birmingham Thermotech Ltd. which was an illiquid scrip. Any such act in violation of the provisions of the SEBI Act or of any rules, regulations made there under in future shall be viewed seriously.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on December 16, 2005.
