Allocation of limits to FIIs/sub-accounts investment debt limit through

bidding process

 

  1. As per SEBI circular No. CIR/IMD/FII/18/2010 dated November 26, 2010; investment limits for Government debt long term, corporate bond long term infra & corporate debt old limit were available for allocation to the FIIs/ sub-accounts in the open bidding platform. The bidding for these limits took place on the BSE offered platform on December 02, 2010.
     
  2. Under Government debt long term limits, out of INR 22,795 cr. available, INR 22,000 cr was bid for and allocated. In the corporate bond long term infra category INR 22,000 was available and INR 20,100 cr was bid for and allocated. In the old corporate bond category, INR 6,959 cr. was available, INR 6,600 was bid for and allocated. Remaining amounts in these limits  shall be available for allocation under first come first serve process.
     
  3. Pursuant to the bidding, 31 successful bids (details enclosed as annexure A) were allocated in government debt long term category. In corporate bond long term infra category 19 successful bids (details enclosed as annexure B) were allocated in limits. In corporate debt old limit category 17 successful bids (details enclosed as annexure C) were allocated.
