Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 20, 2012, in the matter of alleged irregular and fraudulent transactions in the trading account of Mr. Arunava Chakraborty, restraining Mr. Sidharth Daga from accessing the securities market and further prohibiting him from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner for a period of five years.
