Consent Order on the application submitted by M/s. Intellivate Capital Ventures Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated July 26, 2010 on the application submitted by M/s. Intellivate Capital Ventures Ltd. for failure to make disclosures of shareholding pattern under Regulation 6(2), 6(4) and 8(3) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 to stock exchanges within stipulated time.
In accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders, the applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees three lakh and fifty thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
