Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated November 18, 2004, warning M/s. D.B. (International) Stock Brokers Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB230643233), member of the National Stock Exchange, to be more cautious in future in its dealings with securities and adhering to the provisions of SEBI Act, 1992 and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder.
The order has been passed pursuant to enquiry proceedings based on inspection findings.
