सैट मुकदमा प्रभाग

SAT Litigation Division of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) would be responsible for handling appeals against orders of SEBI or its Adjudicating Officers. While undertaking defence representation in contentious matters involving complex issues of law, the Division would liase with Senior Advocates, law firms, solicitors firms and represent the interest of SEBI at Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT). The Division would also be an interface between SEBI and SAT, while collaborating with other departments of SEBI. It would also assist SEBI in filing affidavits/written submissions, as and when needed, while attending hearings

अभियोजन (प्रॉसीक्यूशन) प्रभाग

The division shall handle work related to filing prosecution proceedings through the courts and follow up to obtain conviction. The Division will also frame procedures for cooperation with public prosecutors, other agencies and for making referrals to prosecutors and other government agencies        

निपटारा (सेटलमेंट) प्रभाग

"निपटारा प्रभाग भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) द्वारा शुरू की गई या शुरू की जाने वाली 'निर्धारित (विनिर्दिष्ट) कार्यवाहियों' के निपटारे हेतु आवेदक द्वारा दाखिल (प्रस्तुत) किए गए निपटारे के आवेदनों पर कार्यवाही करता है ।  निपटारे के आवेदनों पर कार्यवाही भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (निपटारे संबंधी कार्यवाहियाँ) विनियम, 2018 [निपटारे संबंधी विनियमों] के प्रावधानों के अनुसार की जाती है और जब निपटारा करने का फैसला ले लिया जाता है, तो निपटारे के आदेश पारित किए जाते हैं ।

निपटारा प्रभाग पर निपटारे के आवेदन को रजिस्टर करने, निपटारे संबंधी विनियमों के अनुसार निपटारे की रकम की गणना करने, निपटारे की रकम / निपटारे की शर्तें आदि तय करने के लिए आवेदकों और आंतरिक समिति के सदस्यों के बीच आंतरिक समिति की बैठक का आयोजन करने, उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त सलाहकार समिति (एचपीएसी) की बैठक का आयोजन करने, उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त सलाहकार समिति की सिफारिश को पूर्णकालिक सदस्यों (डब्ल्यूटीएम) के पैनल के समक्ष मंजूरी हेतु प्रस्तुत करने की जिम्मेदारी है ।"
