Registration, Approvals, Correspondences (RAC)-1(Commodity)

  • The division deals with registration/recognition/ renewal/cancellation/surrender of MIIs, approval of new products for commodity derivative segments, approvals w.r.t appointment/re-appointment of MDs, PIDs, SHDs & Chairpersons on the board of MIIs and processing of Monthly development reports (MDRs) of MIIs. The divisions also handles registration of Vault Managers.

  • The division handles work related to data analytics, policy matters related to cyber security/technology/BCP-DR of MIIs, digital initiatives, updation/maintenance of pages pertaining to the departments on SEBI website, technology support to all other verticals and work related to Technical advisory Committee (TAC)/High Powered Steering Committee on Cyber Security (HPSC-CS).
