Investigations Department (IVD)

The Investigations department is responsible for: 

• Conducting  examination/ investigations related to all segments of securities market including commodity derivative markets as well as all type of violation related to securities market.
• Providing referrals to the Enforcement Department. 
• Assisting the concerned department(s) / offices in  quasi-judicial proceeding.
• Maintenance of database and other related works
